Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Fixed LPR Cameras to partner with Key Account Leaders and deliver integrated solutions to law enforcement agencies nationwide. Based in the Southeast (ATL), this remote role requires travel 50-70% and a track record in long sales cycles, with strong understanding of camera systems, data workflows, and cloud software.

You will lead demos, coordinate with product, engineering, and legal teams, and help expand Axon’s reach while aligning with customer needs

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure.
Proven track record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota.
Strong technical aptitude — comfortable explaining camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software to both IT and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Lead LPR Sales Strategy: Drive sales of Axon’s Fixed LPR cameras by identifying use cases and closing deals with KALs.
Be the Technical Expert: Serve as the go-to resource for LPR product knowledge and data workflows.
Support Complex Sales Cycles: Partner with KALs to engage decision-makers and drive opportunities.
Deliver Demos & Field Proofs: Coordinate and deliver product demonstrations, pilots and customer education sessions.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success and Field Sales.
Champion the Customer Voice: Bring field insights back to internal teams.
