Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from the first meeting with ownership through signed contracts. The role targets senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities, delivering end-to-end sales results remotely across the USA and Canada.

There is no management responsibility; you will close strategically with a small number of large accounts and expand locations as groups sign on.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• End-to-end sales cycles with multiple stakeholders over extended timeframes.
• Preference for closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close on large multi-location deals (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in multi-location groups.
• Expand deals to add locations and services after signature.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft compelling proposals for the deals that matter most.
