EverAI Limited is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM as a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

Qualifications

• You have scaled CRM with measurable revenue improvements.
• You’ve worked in high-volume B2C subscription settings and driven CRM impact.
• You build segments, journeys, experiments, and analyze results.
• You move quickly, own decisions, and push momentum without a fixed playbook.
• You collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle, from onboarding to reactivation.
• Find growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior to reduce churn and increase purchases.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up journeys to convert more users.
• Increase token purchases and retention through smarter segmentation and timing.
• Run experiments, measure impact, and scale winners; collaborate with Product/Data/Engineering/Creative.
