Job summary

Eclipse Automation is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager – Life Sciences to drive growth across the organization. This role manages key accounts, pursues new business opportunities, and delivers custom automation and engineered solutions.

Travel up to 30-50% may be required; requires 5-7+ years of sales experience in related fields, an engineering background, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of sales experience in custom automation, engineered systems, or capital equipment.
• Proven track record of closing complex, technical sales opportunities.
• Experience within Life Science related markets.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, pursue, and close complex automation and engineered system opportunities
• Lead the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity development through contract negotiation and project handoff
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, operations, procurement, and executive leadership
• Collaborate with internal engineering and application teams to develop and deliver tailored technical solutions
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging Life Science technologies.
