Relativity is expanding its Legal AI Advisor team and seeks experienced lawyers to act as trusted AI-enabled advisors to law firms, corporations, and public sector clients. The role blends legal practice with AI adoption to redesign workflows and deliver tangible value.

As a Legal AI Advisor, you will partner with sales and engineering to demonstrate RelativityOne capabilities, translate complex workflows into practical AI solutions, and drive adoption across legal teams while maintaining high

Qualifications

10+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm [AmLaw is a plus] and/or in‑house legal team (litigation experience preferred).
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Hands on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsabilités

Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
Help secure the “legal win” by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of our AI solutions.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption.
Bridge legal and technical workflows and knowledge to translate AI capabilities into practical insights.
