Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor (attorney) to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform, RelativityOne, and claiR. You will work across the full customer lifecycle, guiding lawyers through the adoption journey and aligning AI capabilities with real-world practice areas.

The role requires a JD, bar admission, 7+ years of legal experience, and a strong understanding of litigation workflows.

Qualifications

JD is required and Bar admission.
7+ years of law practice in law firms or in-house.
Strong understanding of legal workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Curiosity about AI and its potential in legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR tools.
First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across legal teams and organizations.
Drive pre-sales and adoption by supporting discovery, demos, and solution alignment.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
Act as voice of the legal customer to feedback product teams on needs and usability.
Bridge legal and technical workflows by translating AI capabilities into practical guidance for lawyers.
