Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor (remote) to help customers adopt RelativityOne and claiR, guiding lawyers through AI-enabled workflows. You will operate across the full customer lifecycle from evaluation to day-to-day use, translating legal practice needs into practical AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires a JD with Bar admission and 7+ years of legal experience, plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• JD required and Bar admission.
• 7+ years practicing law or in-house legal experience (litigation preferred).
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across firms and corporates.
• Lead discovery, positioning, and solution alignment with Pre-Sales.
• Deliver tailored product demos showing AI capabilities to legal use cases.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption to drive value realization.
• Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and adoption barriers.
