Job summary

Relativity is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with a Legal AI Advisor role. You will help lawyers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI tools, including claiR and aiR, while serving as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle.

We seek a practicing or former attorney with deep legal expertise who can translate complex AI capabilities into practical workflows for litigation, investigations, and compliance, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission are required.
7+ years of experience practicing law at a firm or in-house counsel role (litigation focus preferred).
Strong understanding of legal workflows and ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., advisory, legal tech, or business development) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
Act as voice of the legal customer to feedback product and engineering on needs and usability.
Bridge legal and technical workflows by translating AI capabilities into practical insights for lawyers.
