Relativity is expanding its Legal AI Advisor team in the United States. The role centers on helping lawyers understand and adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers.

You’ll operate at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, driving adoption of AI at scale. Ideal candidates hold a JD with bar admission and have 7+ years of law practice or in-house experience, plus client-facing skills and comfort with

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in client-facing roles in legal tech or business development.
Cross-functional collaboration in fast-moving environments.
Hands-on with Relativity aiR and Relativity One.
Understanding of litigation workflows and legal processes.

Responsabilités

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms, corporate teams, and service providers.
Drive pre-sales conversations with engineers and account executives; lead product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product, marketing, and engineering on needs and usability.
