Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company offering RelativityOne and claiR, its AI-powered experience for lawyers. We are expanding our AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors who are practicing or former attorneys acting as trusted advisors to lawyers, helping them adopt AI and integrate it into daily workflows.

The Legal AI Advisor will partner with the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, to drive adoption across the full customer lifecycle, from initial evaluation

Qualifications

Experience in legal tech or AI-enabled legal workflows.
Ability to translate legal practice needs into product feedback.
Proven track record in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms and corporate legal teams.
Drive pre-sales conversations with engineers and account executives and lead product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption, onboarding, training, and ongoing value realization.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product, UX, and go-to-market strategy.
