Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, seeks a Legal AI Advisor (attorney) to help clients adopt Relativity’s AI platform and the claIR, aiR products.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US and works across the full customer lifecycle to drive adoption, translate legal workflows into AI-enabled solutions, and partner with sales, product, and engineering to deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission.
• 3+ years practicing law; AmLaw a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate teams, service providers and public sector.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and account executives.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations linking Relativity’s AI to real legal use cases.
• Enable post-sales onboarding and ongoing engagement to drive adoption and value realization.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows and provide feedback to product teams.
