Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer who will help customers adopt RelativityOne and claiR. This role sits at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, focusing on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale.

You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and collaborate across pre-sales, adoption, and post-sales teams to deliver measurable impact for our clients.

Qualifications

JD and bar admission required.
10+ years of legal practice experience.
Strong understanding of legal workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Curiosity about AI’s potential in legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Hands-on with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
Lead tailored pre-sales demonstrations and solution alignment with Relativity's AI capabilities.
Enable onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption and value realization.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product, marketing, and engineering.
