Relativity is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors, practicing or former attorneys guiding AI adoption in legal workflows. You will help clients integrate RelativityOne and transform how legal work is done across litigation, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and compliance.

As a Legal Engineer, you’ll partner with lawyers, engineers, and sales teams to demonstrate value and drive adoption of AI-powered tools within complex legal environments.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Aufgaben

• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and transformation opportunities.
• Serve as a credible peer who can engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery and solution alignment.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations linking Relativity’s AI to real legal use cases.
• Help secure the “legal win” by showing value of AI solutions.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption.
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to translate adoption into growth.
