Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its AI and customer‑facing teams with Legal AI Advisors. You’ll be a practicing or former attorney helping lawyers understand, evaluate, and integrate AI‑powered tools into their workflows.

As a Legal Engineer, you’ll translate legal practice into practical AI solutions, lead tailored demonstrations, build trusted relationships across law firms and corporate legal teams, and guide customers through transformation to achieve

Qualifications

10+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team (litigation experience preferred).
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with lawyers across firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
Help secure the “legal win” by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of our AI solutions.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption.
Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact.
