Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from RelativityOne and aiR. You will work across litigation, investigations, and compliance to transform workflows with AI.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US and requires a JD, bar admission, and 7+ years of experience, plus strong communication and client-facing skills. This is a remote post with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 7+ years practicing law (AmLaw a plus).
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential in legal work.
• Hands-on with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with sales teams.
• Enable post-sales onboarding and value realization.
• Act as voice of the legal customer for product feedback.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows and knowledge across cases and matters.
