Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage lease administration for midsized to large accounts, coordinating with clients and vendors, and producing timely portfolios, reports and process improvements.

You will serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders, track expirations and option dates, develop governance programs, and ensure accurate rent, CAM, and tax calculations under global accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with commercial real estate database applications (Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan or similar).
• Experience working on multi‑line global accounts with 1,000+ leases.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding lease administration.
• Track expirations, option exercise dates and critical lease information.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and validate pass‑through expenses.
• Review and ensure accuracy of rent, CAM, operating expenses, tax and insurance payments.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and regular reporting cadence.
• Oversee global team delivery and participate in client presentations for new business pitches.
