Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and support cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. You will develop scalable microservices and serverless solutions, creating robust RESTful APIs and ensuring security and performance across deployments.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience designing and building enterprise apps using Java (8/11/17+).
• Strong hands-on with Spring Framework/Spring Boot, RESTful services, and dependency injection.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, IAM).
• Experience developing APIs with Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of serverless, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with REST/JSON/OpenAPI specifications.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog.
• Proficient with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
