Job summary
Maximus seeks an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee development, maintenance, testing and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system supporting State Medicaid clients. This role provides delivery leadership across multiple teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions for a COTS healthcare product.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a computing-related field plus substantial delivery leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and deliver enterprise healthcare solutions.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements gathering, release/change management, and defect remediation.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for project technology issues and client interface.
- Lead delivery across application development, systems integration, and infrastructure.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and staff development across projects.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical leadership to teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality solutions.
