Zusammenfassung

Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee development, maintenance, testing and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system for State Medicaid clients. The role provides delivery leadership across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions for a COTS healthcare product.

This fully remote position requires up to 25% travel and involves partnering with managers, business analysts, developers, testers and operations staff to drive consistent delivery,

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
10+ years of software delivery experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Experience overseeing enterprise healthcare systems, ideally Medicaid.
Strong communication and executive-facing presentation skills.

Aufgaben

Serve as the delivery lead for end-to-end initiatives on a large-scale healthcare system.
Manage multi-team delivery, ensuring timeliness, quality, and compliance.
Guide staff, develop plans, and ensure adherence to SDLC and change-management processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders and executives to align project goals and priorities.
Oversee implementation of COTS product delivery for Medicaid clients and ongoing support.
