Trueline is seeking a fully remote Patent Prosecution & IP Docketing Paralegal. This role supports patent prosecution efforts, managing critical deadlines and ensuring accurate docket maintenance.

Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in IP docketing, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position offers comprehensive benefits, generous paid time off, and a regular Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IP docketing and patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong understanding of the patent prosecution life cycle both in the US and internationally.
• Excellent communication abilities, with experience drafting and editing legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all USPTO and foreign prosecution deadlines.
• Analyze correspondence to determine necessary actions and deadlines.
• Maintain and update docketing databases for accuracy.
