Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Senior IP Analyst to join our Filing and Prosecution Team. You will provide filing and prosecution support including docketing, IDS, and reference management to customers in a global, customer‑centric environment.

You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, manage documents for domestic and international IP filings, and help ensure timely deadlines across USPTO and foreign offices while adhering to quality standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.
• ABA approved paralegal certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders in a global environment and deliver information clearly.
• Plan and organize tasks to achieve objectives and adhere to policies.
• Process domestic and international communications in IP management software.
• Routinely review and file prosecution documents with the USPTO for all stages.
• Coordinate timely instructions to foreign agents to meet deadlines.
• Manage and maintain customer documents and file intakes and transfers.
• Prepare documents for signature and collaborate with customers to fulfil patent office requirements.
• Maintain customer docket and run status reports and meet deadlines.
• Develop knowledge of domestic and international IP rules and procedures.
• Assist in establishing policies to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
