Job summary

Samsara is seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Success professional to guide large enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal of our IoT solutions. You will own deployments, drive adoption, and build lasting relationships with executives and day-to-day users while collaborating with Sales, Support, and Product teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, strong problem-solving, and a growth mindset as part of Samsara’s Select Customer Success team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior Customer Success or account management.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience with large-scale deployments and end-to-end implementations.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for enterprise customers during onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Own deployment and successful implementation of Samsara's IoT solutions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.
