Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Active licensing is required; CISR preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and renewals
• Assist in negotiating coverages and pricing and preparing proposals
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team
