Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and renewals; process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and related documents.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and pricing, and follow up for policy issuance.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with data accuracy.
