Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines. This remote-friendly role supports the account team from Eastern/Central time zones, with onsite availability in Longwood, FL as needed.

You will assist with renewals, submissions, endorsements, and client communication while maintaining data integrity across agency systems and carrier platforms. A strong service mindset and insurance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Independently resolve moderately complex customer service problems and manage small-size accounts or those with the least complex needs.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy issuance.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively anticipate client needs.
