Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team across contracts, renewals, and client inquiries. This role emphasizes service excellence, accuracy, and collaboration with AM/AE/Producer to ensure timely issuance and renewal of coverages.

Remote work is available within Eastern and Central time zones, with occasional on-site needs near Longwood, FL, and potential collaboration with branches nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active license required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistants.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy issuance follow-ups.
• Support new and renewal business including submissions, quotes, and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and manage AR collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and continuous improvement initiatives.
