Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate – Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, under direction of the Account Manager or Producer. The role includes policy management, submissions, renewals, and client research while maintaining data accuracy in agency systems.

Remote with Eastern/Central Time Zone alignment; location is Longwood, FL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Lead day‑to‑day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related paperwork.
