Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, under supervision of AM/AE/Producer. Remote work is available within Eastern/Central Time Zones, with occasional on-site meetings as needed.

Responsibilities include policy expirations tracking, renewals, endorsements, submissions, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of team support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, invoices, and certificates.
• Support new and renewal business with submissions, coverages, and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
