Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client service support to the account team, under supervision of AM/AE/Producer. You will assist with policy expirations, renewals, submissions, and coverages while maintaining accurate data and strong service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business; prepare submissions and bind coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek continuous improvement to boost team performance.
