Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and assigned accounts. You will work under the direction of an Account Manager or Producer, ensuring production and quality standards while safeguarding against errors and omissions.

The role involves renewals, endorsements, client research, proposal preparation, and ensuring timely policy issuance.

Formación

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business by researching clients, gathering underwriting info, and preparing proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and pursue collections.
