Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producers, and assigned accounts. You will work under an Account Manager to ensure production and quality standards while safeguarding against errors and omissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and present proposals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and manage collections.
