Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and Producer. You will help manage policy expirations, endorsements, renewals, and submissions while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role involves direct interaction with clients, supporting the account team, and maintaining agency systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Support/Receptionist roles and Account Assistants.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and client communications.
• Support new and renewal business by gathering underwriting information and preparing submissions.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included and maintain data accuracy in CMS and carrier portals.
