Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design and develop training solutions for FEHB/PSHB program enrollees. The role creates instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, simulations, and job aids, working with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into engaging learning experiences.

The position is fully remote in the United States, with a condensed development timeline and collaboration across Operations, Knowledge Management, Quality, and Technology to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive instructional design experience.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute onboarding training for a company wide audience.
• Develop interactive and engaging new hire learning experiences in various modalities (including eLearning, Videos, VILT, and ILT).
• Create a variety of learning objects including job aids, infographics, videos, simulations, and assessments.
• Lead and manage instructional design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Knowledge Management, Quality, Technology, and program stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content.
