Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the end-to-end creation of training for customer service teams supporting federal health benefits programs in the United States. You will turn complex policies into clear, practical learning experiences and manage projects from concept to delivery under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive instructional design experience, preferably with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise 360).
• Experience creating storyboards, scripts, and multimedia learning content.
• Experience with LMS and content lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of onboarding and training programs for customer service reps supporting federal health benefits programs.
• Translate complex policies into accessible, engaging learning materials.
• Develop training across ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, simulations, and interactive activities.
• Create facilitator guides, workbooks, storyboards, scripts, job aids, and assessments.
