Maximus is seeking a Sr Specialist - Instructional Design to design and develop training solutions for FEHB/PSHB programs delivered to Customer Service Representatives. This remote, full-time role supports federal employees and requires translating complex guidance into clear, engaging learning experiences.

You will create ILT, eLearning, videos, job aids, and simulations under tight timelines, collaborating with Operations, Knowledge Management, and SMEs to ensure training aligns with program

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Articulate 360 including Storyline and Rise preferred.
• 3+ years writing storyboards and scripts preferred.
• 3+ years creating engaging presentations.
• 1+ year instructional design experience using Canva preferred.
• 5+ years in Corporate Learning & Development preferred.
• Experience developing training for contact center or customer service operations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, create, and execute onboarding training for a company-wide audience.
• Develop interactive and engaging learning experiences in modalities including eLearning, Videos, VILT, and ILT.
• Create learning objects such as job aids, infographics, short videos, simulations, and assessments.
• Lead and manage instructional design projects from concept to delivery, on time and within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with Operations, Knowledge Management, Quality, Technology, and stakeholders to meet learner needs.
