Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to create performance-driven training for customer service teams supporting federal health benefits programs. You will translate complex policies into engaging learning experiences and lead end-to-end development across ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, simulations, and interactive activities.

You will collaborate with Operations, Knowledge Management, Quality, and Technology to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of professional instructional design experience.
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise 360).
• Experience with content creation tools and multimedia learning content.
• Experience designing and delivering employee training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of onboarding and training for customer service reps in federal health benefits programs.
• Translate complex policies into accessible, engaging learning materials.
• Develop training across ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, simulations, and interactive activities.
• Create facilitator guides, workbooks, scripts, job aids, infographics, case studies and assessments.
• Manage instructional design projects from concept to completion with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with operations, knowledge management, quality, and tech teams to define learning objectives.
