Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask (phone + CRM documentation simultaneously).
• Proficiency with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom.
• Execute consistent, high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email.
• Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision.
• Build trust quickly with families and guide them to the best-fit care options.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM to reflect pipeline status.
