Job summary

Provenir is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-visibility, large-scale software implementations for tier-one banks and financial institutions. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple programs, mentor PMs and Consultants, and coordinate cross-functional, cross-regional teams.

You will shape delivery methodology, manage scope and budget, and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders while driving quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM experience delivering large-scale software implementations for finance or enterprise clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead flagship engagements for tier-one banks and financial institutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including scope, requirements, staffing, and budget.
• Act as primary escalation point for executive stakeholders and mentors for PMs and Consultants.
• Manage resources across internal teams, clients, and vendors; coordinate cross-regional workstreams.
• Document decisions, actions, and risks; maintain detailed requirements with Architects/Consultants.
