Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Program Manager (MANTL) to own end-to-end enterprise implementations for banks and credit unions.

You will guide projects from kickoff to launch, serving as a trusted advisor to client executives, project leads, and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners. Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role.
• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial services.
• Experience partnering with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client goals.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners to streamline execution and enhance the client experience.
• Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify and proactively mitigate implementation risks, escalating appropriately when needed.
• Ensure a smooth transition to post-launch support and long-term account ownership.
• Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
