Job summary

Intuit seeks an Implementation Consultant Senior Leader to lead a team delivering IES deployments for mid‑market customers. You will shape deployment methods, optimize configuration, and oversee data migration and live cutovers.

You will guide leaders of Implementation Consultants, drive Time‑to‑Value, feature adoption, and client satisfaction, while partnering with Sales, Product, and Support to enable seamless handovers and post‑go‑live success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technical implementations or professional services in mid-market ERP/SaaS
• Experience with complex multi-entity accounting and financial reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Services
• Active Tax Credential (EA or CPA) preferred
• Experience with deployment methodologies and change management initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Implementation Consultants to accelerate Time‑to‑Value
• Drive go‑lives by scalable deployment strategies and data migration lifecycle
• Track performance metrics to improve Productivity, Delivery Excellence, and Impact
• Prepare teams for evolving deployment requirements driven by product changes
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support for smooth handover and adoption
• Provide data‑driven insights to influence product enhancements
• Oversee deployment risks and escalations to protect timelines and satisfaction
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and client relationships in mid‑market
