Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Implementation Engineer to drive high-volume onboarding for growth and commercial customers. You will lead configurations, workshops, and architecture discovery, linking CRM setups to sales and marketing workflows to accelerate time-to-value.

Responsibilities include managing 15+ concurrent implementations, configuring CRM connectors (Salesforce/HubSpot), data warehouse connections (Snowflake, S3), and enabling teams through playbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of SaaS implementation or related customer-facing technical role.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM infrastructure including Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
Experience with GTM tools and data workflows in a modern revenue stack.
Experience with personas in sales and marketing teams.
Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead 15+ concurrent implementations from kickoff to launch.
Conduct architecture discovery mapping CRM structures and data sources.
Configure integrations including CRM connectors, Snowflake, S3, segments, scoring, activation.
Drive milestones and enablement training.
Guide integration across GTM ecosystem including sales engagement and marketing automation.
Track progress and manage delivery risk; escalate when needed.
Partner with Customer Success for handoffs.
Identify recurring patterns and contribute to playbooks.
