Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Implementation professional to drive onboarding for growth and commercial customers, guiding workshops from kickoff to launch and linking technical setup to sales and marketing workflows. You’ll map CRM structures, configure integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, S3) and ensure configurations align with customers’ GTM programs.

You’ll mentor teams and contribute to playbooks and docs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation or related customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM infrastructure including Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with B2B GTM ecosystem and data dependencies across sales/marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead 15+ concurrent implementations for growth and commercial customers from kickoff to launch.
• Conduct architecture discovery for CRM structures and GTM tooling.
• Configure core integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, S3) and activation workflows.
• Guide milestones and enablement training on platform mechanics and value.
• Identify patterns across your book of business to improve playbooks and docs.
