Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, onboarding, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM infrastructure including Salesforce and/or HubSpot
• Familiarity with the B2B GTM ecosystem and how implementation platforms complement sales engagement tools
• Experience working with B2B sales, marketing, or revenue operations teams
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management across multiple concurrent customer engagements
• Baseline technical curiosity and active use of AI tools to improve deliverables

Responsibilities

• Lead 15 or more concurrent implementations for growth and commercial customers
• Conduct architecture discovery sessions to map CRM structures and GTM tooling
• Configure core integrations including CRM connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data warehouses (Snowflake, S3)
• Drive customer milestones across kickoff sessions, workshops, and enablement training
• Guide integration across the GTM ecosystem including sales engagement and marketing automation
• Track progress against milestones and manage delivery risk
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth handoffs at close
• Identify recurring patterns and contribute improvements to playbooks and delivery systems
