Zoom is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive onboarding for growth and commercial customers. You will lead workshops, map CRM structures, and align configurations with sales and marketing workflows to accelerate time-to-value.

With 2–4 years in SaaS implementations and hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce and/or HubSpot), you will partner with Customer Success to deliver repeatable playbooks and ensure customers go live confidently, using a structured, data-driven approach.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years of experience in SaaS implementation or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM infrastructure including Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with B2B GTM tools and data dependencies.
• Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 15+ concurrent implementations for growth and commercial customers.
• Conduct architecture discovery to map CRM structures and GTM tooling.
• Configure core integrations including CRM connectors and data warehouses.
• Drive milestones from kickoff through enablement training.
• Guide integration across the GTM ecosystem and data platforms.
• Track milestones, manage delivery risk, and coordinate with CS Engineering as needed.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth handoffs at close of implementation.
• Identify recurring patterns and contribute improvements to playbooks.
