Clutch, Inc. seeks an Staff Implementation Engineer to own 2-3 large customer implementations end-to-end and to develop repeatable processes and tooling for the team’s delivery motion.

The role blends deep technical delivery with mentorship, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, and the ability to scale implementations through new AI-enabled workflows and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering enterprise or SaaS implementations.
• Experience turning customer issues into actionable work for product and engineering.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for 2-3 major customer implementations.
• Lead cross-functional triage and diagnose root causes.
• Act as a technical resource across implementations and escalations.
• Improve implementation efficiency through tooling and processes.
• Share learnings with product and engineering.
