Clutch is seeking a Staff Implementation Engineer to own 2-3 of our largest customer implementations from architecture through go-live, while shaping repeatable processes and tooling.

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to triage issues, drive cross-functional delivery, and mentor teammates as we scale our Professional Services team. This role offers remote work flexibility and a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions/technical consulting, or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering complex, end-to-end technical projects.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive cross-functional work.
• Experience translating issues into actionable work for Product/Engineering.
• Mentorship and knowledge sharing to grow the team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for 2-3 large customer implementations.
• Lead cross-functional triage and root-cause analysis.
• Serve as technical resource for challenging problems.
• Increase implementation efficiency through process and tooling.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge.
