Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Staff Implementation Engineer to own 2-3 large customer implementations end-to-end, from build to go-live, while shaping scalable processes and reusable tooling. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to triage issues and drive root-cause resolution across teams, transforming bespoke work into repeatable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions/technical consulting, or equivalent delivery role.
• Experience owning complex, high-stakes technical delivery end-to-end.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.
• Experience translating issues into actionable work for product/engineering.
• Mentorship and setting technical standards within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Reading/writing code in multiple languages; Python/JSON/JS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Directly owning end-to-end delivery for 2-3 large customer implementations.
• Leading cross-functional triage of issues surfaced during implementations.
• Serving as a technical resource for the team's most challenging problems.
• Increasing implementation efficiency by designing processes, tooling, and standards.
• Feeding learnings back into product to turn implementations into a product.
• Mentoring teammates and sharing knowledge.
