Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Staff Implementation Engineer to own 2-3 of our largest customer implementations and to develop repeatable processes, tooling, and best practices across the Professional Services team.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to triage issues, scale expertise, and drive cross-functional projects to resolution, while mentoring teammates and shaping AI-enabled delivery workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation or technical delivery of complex enterprise or SaaS projects.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end delivery and drive cross-functional triage.
• Strong communication skills and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience translating customer needs into scalable processes and tooling.
• Background in CS or equivalent technical training.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple complex implementations, from architecture to go-live.
• Lead cross-functional triage, define tickets, and drive root cause analysis with Product and Engineering.
• Act as a technical resource for challenging problems and escalate when needed.
• Identify bottlenecks, design tooling/standards to improve efficiency.
• Share learnings with the team and feed back into product development.
• Mentor teammates and promote best practices across delivery.
• Deeply understand platform capabilities and design patterns.
• Define AI-enabled workflows and standards to scale delivery.
