Job summary

Quest Software is seeking an Identity & M365 Senior Engineer to own and modernize our Microsoft 365 platform and identity ecosystem. This remote Panama-based role focuses on automation, security, and scalable enterprise platforms across global teams.

You will drive strategic initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with security, cloud, and application groups to improve reliability and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience with the following Microsoft technologies: 365 Administration, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Defender, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect.
• 7+ years of experience with Identity & Security: Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Protection.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitHub, PowerShell.
• Deep expertise supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience implementing automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
• Success in leading technical projects and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be located in Panama.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Modernize Microsoft 365 Services by owning and improving Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Defender.
• Build the Next Generation of Identity & Access Management, including Entra ID, AD, SSO, CA, MFA, PIM, Identity Governance.
• Drive Automation Excellence using Azure DevOps, GitHub, PowerShell, Terraform, and IaC.
• Strengthen Cybersecurity Across the Enterprise in collaboration with security teams.
• Provide Technical Leadership, mentoring, and driving architectural decisions across technology disciplines.
