Job summary

Amentum is seeking a skilled M365 & Identity Engineer for a US Remote role. You will design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft 365 services and identity platforms across hybrid environments, focusing on secure, scalable collaboration.

The ideal candidate has hands-on M365 and IAM experience, with a strong background in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta. US citizenship and cross-cloud (M365 Commercial/GCC High) experience are required.

Qualifications

• Typically 5 years of hands-on M365 administration and engineering with a related degree.
• Experience in Identity & Access Management in enterprise environments; Okta is preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, External Identities (B2B), Conditional Access, RBAC, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain M365 services including Exchange Online, Purview, OneDrive, Teams, and related services.
• Manage Entra ID identity services including Conditional Access, External Identities (B2B), MFA, SSO integrations, and lifecycle processes.
• Manage Okta and other identity platforms.
• Provide governance, security policies, and compliance configurations for M365.
• Troubleshoot issues across M365 ecosystem, IAM, and hybrid environments.
